Gold and Platinum Party Room

Step 1 PARTY SIZE (participating guests)

BRONZE - up to 8 guests*
SILVER - 15 guests*
GOLD - 20 to 40 guests*

*$10 per additional participating guest

ALL PARTIES INCLUDE:

Skate on a 2 hour public session
Decorated private party room including balloons and serving
ware
Party host (if you feel that he/she did a good job, please tip with cash or check directly)
Admission to skate
Free skate rental
Personalized birthday cake including name, candles, & choose figure skate or hockey skate design
Drinks - punch and lemonade (bottled water by request)

Step 2 TAILORED AMENITIES (individually priced):

Pizza - $12 per 8 full-sized slice pie
Snacks - $1 per bag
Theme cake - $12
Additional cake (no theme) - $40Personalized thank you note skate pass favors - $4 each
30 minutes Private instruction - $30 paid directly to instructor (Must be requested at least a week in advance).

Step 3 CELEBRATE DATE (schedule through rink office 717-685-1401)

Parties are scheduled during our public skate sessions
Saturday & Sunday 2 - 4 pm
DATE IS SECURE WHEN $100 DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT is received at rink office. ($100 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 5 days of the event.)
All parties dates must be approved through the rink manager.
All additional payments finalized the day of the party.

Birthday Party Cake

Our cakes are a 1/2 sheet that easily allows for all to enjoy.

Choose either yellow, chocolate or marble cake
and whipped or butter creme icing. Take home any left overs.

For a little extra ($12) you may choose a themed cake design.

Our baker can do a variety of requested themes!

Here are a few examples from previous parties...

We supply the details: skate admission, complimentary skate rental, party room with party host,a personalized birthday cake,candles, lighter, cake knife, tablecloths, plates, utensils, cups, napkins. decorations, balloons. We set up and clean up. You enjoy and have fun!

Additional Amenities: Pizza, snacks, private instruction, skate pass favors, theme designs on the cake can be purchased when you order your party.
