Good Afternoon Chad,

As discussed through our phone calls and emails, I believe KLA has been proactive and have taken the necessary steps based on my suggestions to ensure the safest possible experience for their customers. Items discussed are, digital readout detection, instituting a plan to run all exhaust fans during times of ice cuts, the purchase of personal monitoring equipment for staff and having ice cutting machines inspected. These current changes along with a monthly meeting onsite with myself or staff member during busy times will continue KLA on a good path. KLA reopened Monday November 22nd, 2021 with these new procedures and have been demonstrating continued safe operations.

Thank you for being so proactive and working hard on determining and acting on a solution for these matters.

In all appreciation,

Gary Verna Jr.
